So disappointed – I bought this product for my newborn clothes I just used it yesterday for the first time because I bought it back in April because I was pregnant so I had finally had my baby and I washed just 3 NEWBORN ONESIES and it just completely broke down!!!! I can’t believe this I can’t even return it because I passed the window to return it. I’m so disappointed!!!

stopped working the third day and problem resolved – It stopped working after I used it twice. The button is fine but it cannot rotate now. Feel disappointed. I should trust the other reviews. But they exchanged a new one for me. It is working well and their customer service is great.

It get job done – It is compact, and good for small things. You have to wash for few times to get a very clean result. The only drawback is that I have to manually pur water each wash, a little bit annoying. The manual is not very clear, it take me 10 minutes to understand what it means. After that, everything is easy.

I do miss having a “spin cycle” but elbow grease does work in wringing the clothes out. Packs up neatly and stores out of sight.
