works exactly as promised – This machine is compact, quiet, and perfect for an apartment which happens to be the setting I purchased it for. the only con I have is that the water supply line uses nylon instead of metal to make the connections but all I had to do was take a trip to the local hardware store and purchase a standard supply line and use that instead. I would recommend this product.

The sellers were very helpful and prompt when I let them know about the damaged product. They gave me back a full refund plus the shipping fee. Because they were very courteous and understanding, I purchased the washer again, it’s very nice and compact with easily digital readings on the panel, it will work perfect in my upstairs bathroom. Works as stated – I posted before right after I had received and done several loads and all was good. However, now a month later it still cleans clothes very well and is so convenient but it is squicky as it washes and I’m afraid of making noise this soon only a month in that I may be in for trouble. Back again now have had for couple of months and it still works fine cleans very well using less detergent and I have went from the normal wash setting which takes 47 mins to the short wash of 23 mins and find the clothes just as clean in half the time.

I love this machine! – Now that I have had the machine a bit longer, I just wanted to update my review and I STILL LOVE IT!!! The only minor thing that I would like to have on this machine is a beep to indicate when it goes from wash to rinse. Since I don’t dry my clothes in a tumble dryer, I like to add a bit of fabric softener to the rinse. I have watched it through enough cycles that I can fairly accurately set a timer that comes within a couple of minutes of being accurate for the start of the rinse cycle. This just a minor thing and truly at this point the only thing I can think of to improve on it.
