Excellent Drink Ice – The ice maker we received did not work. We contacted customer service, and after a bit of semantic back and forth, they immediately sent a replacement that had been tested before shipping. The replacement worked wonderfully, and the ice is fantastic. It’s the tiny cube ice, like from Sonic. If you use ice in your drinking cup, this machine will be your best friend. It makes ice very quick, and continuously as long as the water is full and you empty the bin. The only negative I can say is that there is no other way to empty the ice except through the dispense function.
