Best ice ever – Had this for about three months now with no issues. I had a tonsillectomy and decided it was a medical necessity. 🙂 The ice is crunchy just like the restaurant nugget ice comes from originally and it is far superior to trying to eat the ice from the fridge. It gets a little warm around the machine, but I keep mine in a closet and it’s fine with room for air to circulate behind it. I chose this model because it was reasonably priced and the company has been in business for a while. No complaints here.
