It’s good for the price, but would get an extended warranty – We’ve had it for a few months and only use it inside. It works good enough, but I’ve already had to defrost the inside twice. It’s not a huge deal, but worried the components won’t last very long if I have to keep defrosting it. It seems to stay around 40 degrees. Don’t think I have ever seen it get down to 37. I paid a few bucks for an allstate extended warranty, I would suggest spending the ~$12 bucks on that to be safe.

Great cooler! – Bought this cooler because we didn’t have enough room for all our water and beer in our main refrigerator. We like entertaining and wanted to have some variety in our beer offerings, which brought us to look into beverage coolers. After reading reviews, yes the fridge makes some noise but it’s not enough to not purchase it. We also don’t keep it on the coldest setting nor keep it 100% full and we haven’t had any issues yet! I love the sleek look. Came undamaged. It’s perfect for our space! I would recommend!

I didn’t even notice it at first because it was late at night and it was dark. When I tried returning online it said that the item was not eligible for return. So, I went to chat with a representative on the app. And here is my reasoning for the 5 star rating…it took me less than 5 minutes to resolve my issue. I let them know what happened and they said, “okay, do you want a refund or a replacement?” Of course I wanted a replacement! This fridge is so darling! Their response was, “Your replacement has been ordered, is there anything else that I can do for you tonight?” And that’s how quickly that conversation went!! lol I was in HR for over 21+ years, over half of that, I was in management. And that is the type of service I prayed I could get out of each of my employees!! 🙂 An exceptionally consummate professional! Never have I had anyone take care of anything for me that quickly. And to make matters even more convenient, I don’t even have to return the one I have! I’m like—WHAT?! I feel like I’m stealing. I’ve never had to return anything before and I’ve been shopping forever with Amazon, and I can honestly say, this was such a pleasant experience, to say the least!
