Hose failed immediately and LG has told me that they have sent a new one TWICE and has not. – I am currently running this washer directly to the drain in my floor because the hose split on load #3!!! “Customer Service” has told me TWICE that they have sent a hose and lied both times. Save your money and buy a brand that stands behind their product!
