Works like a charm. Super easy. I’m very happy! – The KUMIO COUNTERTOP ICE MAKER was delivered this evening, at least a couple weeks ahead of schedule. I ordered it in red, and kind of regretted it, after seeing a picture of the silver one. But now that it’s here, I love the red color. It looks cute on the countertop and I’m really glad I chose the red color, Instead of one of the other two options.

– I have done it’s introductory run and am impressed with it’s operation. The ice isn’t quite what I expected but the manual states that it take a few runs for thing to smooth out and be more consistent. Everything comes apart easily enough so cleanup should be a breeze. This will be perfect for BBQs, parties, family get togethers etc when everyone is tipping a glass and the trays can’t keep up to the guests. It’s a bit big and will be fighting for counterspace if it’s already crowded. Good price as compared to similar products, recommended for the cool colors available…you can match your KitchenAid stuff lol

Great ice for chewing. Only uses 120 watts. 9 ice cones/igloos in 9 minutes. – I’m really curious to know why this machine specifically forbids you to use distilled water. I mean, I wasn’t going to, but why not? Anyway, I am so, so happy with this ice maker! I have wanted one for such a long time and this one is the right size for my small home, it produces nicely chewable ice, and it’s cute.
