Great Purchase – I put off buying an ice machine because they are so expensive. I should have bought this sooner! My family loves it. This does make nugget ice. It can make a lot of ice each day. The ice is not as soft and chewy as I had hoped, but I do love the machine. The water reservoir is just below the ice bucket. As unused ice melts, it gets used again to make new ice. I love this feature. You do have to lift the ice basket to add more water. This could have been designed better, but that is a very small inconvenience. I walk by all day and just grab some ice to eat. I have owned the machine about a month and use it heavily. This machine is doing great.
