Quiet but effective – I’m very happy with this so far. I mounted the hood higher than the suggested height (by about a foot), and it still works amazing.

It’s decent, once installed. – Product was missing one of the L brackets so instead of waiting another week for delivery of a new unit (can’t just ship a part) I had to purchase a bracket in order to complete the installation. The blue plastic covering on the stainless steel is not removed before the manufacture crimps the two pieces together so it’s almost impossible to remove completely. Unit is a bit loud, but the vent power is good. Make sure when securing the L brackets the bottom set of screws are at least 9 inches from the bottom, it will make securing the hood to the L bracket much easier. The directions that come with the product are almost worthless.

Great! Especially for the price and works with 116 inch ceiling, but wish lights had dimmer – After looking at quite a few range hoods, I settled on this one for suction, noise and looks. I was not disappointed. I would advise that you take the blue protector plastic off before you put it up because I still haven’t been able to get it all off. Also, have stainless cleaner to get fingerprints off. If it had a dimmer for the lights it would have gotten five stars.
