Pan slid around with stirring – I think this is probably a good induction cooktop, but when I tried it out making meat sauce for spaghetti, the pot slid when I stirred. Perhaps I was doing something wrong. It heated up just fine and seemed to heat faster than my gas burners, but I could not keep the pot on the magnet. Strange, as the magnet should help keep the pot centered on the burner. I was extremely disappointed and returned it. Perhaps the quality of the pot matters in keeping it centered.
