Broken knob – Used about 10 times and the middle knob that’s super hard to turn had completely came off. So I can’t use it until it’s fixed or replaced

Broke in 2 months – I am SO disappointed. I have used this for two months. I was so excited to have a smaller washers or my camper without spending an arm and a leg. We live full time in our camper while we build. With two littles and a husband we go through quite a bit of laundry. I wash everyday. It has now started to leak after 2 months. So frustrating. After such good reviews I was expecting a good working machine, but am so upset it broke after just two months. Don’t waste your money. I am going to try to get a refund.

It’s a little noisy if you don’t have the foam bottom on it – I like it because it’s convenient it’s small so nothing I don’t like except for how loud it is if you don’t have the foam bottom on it so it doesn’t vibrate the floor.

A great addition to any laundry room – This washer was a great addition to my laundry room to use in addition to my regular full size washing machine. It washes so much better than regular top load HE washer. The bottoms of my white socks come out clean now! Don’t underestimate the ability of this washer due to its size. It doesn’t hurt to have an accessory washing machine to handle different tasks or to wash a few things at a time or wash something in an emergency situation. I love this type of washer. Sometimes, less is more.

It worked for a few loads and then conked out. This Giantex washing machine is a good update on the old concept. It is lightweight enough for me to use it in my kitchen. I got a dolly from Amazon to be able to maneuver it more easily. The hose for filling the washer/rinse basin didn’t work but my old hose did. The owner’s manual is clearly not written by someone for whom English is a first language, and is somewhat confusing.

It vibrates enough to make the noise it makes even louder. The machine is huge. This would be great if you don’t have thins walls or have your house/RV. I really want to keep it but it is so loud.
