Great quality. Works beautifully – Beautiful, sleek! Installed in ten minutes. Controls are easy to use. Nice lock out feature. Boil feature is awesome fast!

Beautiful addition but is too easy to turn on. – I had very little problem installing this stove and it wired in easily. The smooth surface makes it easy to clean. It heats up almost immediately and the only bad thing is that I have foster kitties that like to jump everywhere and they accidentally turned it on. We found a silicon mat that we put over the lock/unlock button and haven’t had a problem since.

Worst cook top we have ever owned – We purchased this cooktop in October of 2017 and installed it in December of that year. In January 2018 we noticed a large scratch about 10 inches long on one side of the surface. Neither my wife or myself recall sliding anything across the surface other than a wash cloth. Please note that the ceramic cooktop we had before purchasing this one lasted a good 20 years without any issues so we are use to the care and handling of a ceramic cooktop. Now we jump forward to this morning, March 26, 2019. My wife goes to clean the cook top and finds that the entire top has cracked into around 30 pieces. We had used the cooktop yesterday and there it was fine. Nothing had been dropped on it, nothing cold placed on a hot burner, it simply cracked over night. Now that we are 6 months out of warranty we’ll be looking for a new cooktop. This was unfortunately and incredible waste of money and we are without a stove until I can find the right sized replacement.

Installs as advertised – This is a replacement cooktop for a 25 year old GE. Operation seems to be as advertised. Appearance is nice without knobs. Satisfied with the cooktop so far. Installed easily.

A Big Improvement over the Knob Model – This replaced my GE 12-yr old cooktop that I broke. The old cooktop had raised knobs along the edge that got in the way every time I cleaned the top, basically every time I used it. This new one is digital and completely flat so cleaning is no longer a hassle. There are two things I would change– the large burner that I use the most is set back from the front edge quite a bit so I have to reach when stirring — something I hope I will get used to but at first seems a little inconvenient. Also, when I am cooking, if I move the pan off the heat it is likely to turn on another burner that I’m not using due to the location of the digital controls. (Maybe there is a way to lock out individual burners that I haven’t discovered. There wasn’t a Manual in the box, just a Quick Guide.) It seems that the controls could be situated a little more conveniently. Other than that– it’s a great product and the price was comparable to the one I purchased 12 years ago.
