I’m kind of stunned by all the bad reviews… – I didn’t purchase this off of Amazon, but what I got was reasonably priced unit with some cool features that I will definitely use.

I got the self-propelled model! – Purchased during Covid quarantine with few choices to chose from. Installed easily, and pleasantly surprised at the capacity of the tub. What I’m not crazy about is the lid locking feature (I suppose it’s on all the current models) where one can’t physically see the amount of water vs clothes during a wash cycle. But, the biggest problem: while washing a bathmat, a few towels or any small load, the machine always gets off balance in the spin cycle, begins violently knocking against the outer cabinet, and then, STARTS TRAVELING! After 25% of the washes, the washer needs to be pushed back into position after traveling 6-12 inches away from the wall. THIS IS INSANE! It weighs 160lbs and still travels freely like my self-propelled lawn mower!

Fill sensor defective at 14 months. Service bill with part replacement $225. No Warranty coverage – Fill sensor defective at 14 months. Service bill with part replacement $225. No Warranty coverage. I’ve had washers last for 15 years without a single issue. These washers use cheap plastic, poor quality internal parts.

Nosiest washer I have ever heard. – I made a big mistake with this washer. When it is washing it sounds like the tub is rubbing against something. I am going to see if I can return it.

Lives up to Consumer Reports “best buy” – We were looking for an agitator washer that we could depend on and would not cost a fortune. Consumer Reports has some machines that are rated a bit higher but they cost A LOT more. CR recommended this unit as a “best buy” and that’s how we feel about it.

Spin rate is low – clothes are damp – Overall, this machine performs as it should. The biggest difference between this and my previous washer is the spin rate. 700 vs. 1000. That 300 extra RPM is invaluable. Clothes are just far more damp and require almost double the dry time as my F and P. I was unable to find an American made washer that met the same specs. 1000 RPM should be a minimum on all washers.

Sturdy, reliable Built To Last. – Arrived in excellent condition. Easy to operate, handles the largest wash loads with ease. Seller was easy to work with.

Best washer I’ve ever owned! – I work for an appliance repair company. I deal with washing machine problems every day. This is by far the best washer I’ve ever owned. NO problems with being off balance (bulky loads will cause the tub to wobble a little but it’s designed to do that so it doesn’t have to stop the cycle with and off-balance error code like many washers). Loading the washer properly is the key to having it work well. I love that I can set the water depth and the extra rinse feature is a bonus. A complete cycle of laundry done in less than 20 min. If I have to find something negative I’d say it’s not “whisper” quiet like the description states. It sounds like a normal washer. Behind the door of the laundry room I barely hear it. People complaining about the washer being off balance are likely wrapping their blankets, jeans, towels, etc around the agitator (which is the wrong way to load a washer) or they’re stuffing it like a commercial washer at a laundry mat. They probably didn’t read the manual which explains how to use the washer and recommendations for load size and water levels for each cycle selection. I recommend this washer to our customers who want more control over the water level, want to be able to lift the lid to add an item mid-cycle, and who don’t want to wait all day for a load to finish.
