Great product at a great price. – Very happy with the stove top. Looks great was reasonably priced and easy to install. Love the five burners and the flexibility of the two specialty burners. Would recommend this to someone who needs a stove top.

Horrible Experience/Purchase! – What a bust! The cooktop arrived floating around loose in the box with a large bracket clanking, unsecured, across the glass top! No styrofoam, no packing materials, and nothing to protect the unit. Still no clue what the bracket was for, either! We installed the unit anyway only to find that it took 20 minutes for the outside burners to heat up. Then, when I turned on the quick boil burner in the center, a loud bang and a simultaneous flash popped the breaker and the element blew. I had to pack the unit back up to return it, which was a feat, and am now forced to wait for a refund! It’s been days now. The piece of junk could have burned my house down! I confirmed thru Amazon that it was supposed to be ‘new’. NO WAY! Wow.

Great looking – Great looking cook top but had to have a tech come out and reinstall a wire that didn’t get hooked up at the factory or came off in shipping

Works great. – Have had for 2 weeks now and no problems so far. Read the manual and FAQ. It will help. Looks great. Cleans easily. I like that it has 5 heating areas.

Heats quickly apparently very rugged – I received this item in a box that looked like it had been dropped off the delivery truck as it was moving and then picked up and thrown back into the truck. As you can imagine, I was concerned that it would work once installed. Amazingly the packaging (which was scuffed, torn, had a hole in it and had broken styrofoam packaging) protected the item from any visible damage. No scratches, no bent or broken items and when I installed it, the unit worked perfectly. The unit fits just as advertised. The dimensions of the opening it says it will fit in are accurate. The finish is nice and is holding up fine, it does show fingerprints but that was expected. Heating is much quicker than the unit I replaced. this unit is wired with a three wire connection, my old one was connected wtih a 4 wire connection – but no problem, the manual (which I had to download because it was missing) shows exactly how to do this. Overall a good buy and it works better than expected. The only issue I had is that I ordered the stainless steel trim model and it is very subtle and almost black. The knobs are very much stainless colored and offset the black (and match the other appliances I have) nicely.
