Great cooktop, same issues as everybody else – I received the cooktop in good condition and had no trouble installing, however ran into the same issues that others have mentioned: all four burners has to be reseated. Once this was fixed and I was using an induction capable pan, it works great.

Great value, with a couple of significant caveats – As other reviewers have stated, this is a great price for a cooktop that you’d easily spend $1500 or more for at Home Depot or Best Buy. That said, this unit will frustrate anyone who is not handy, unless they choose to have it professionally installed.

We’re happy with this product – Thanks to other reviews I knew step one was to remove the glass and inspect positioning of the “burners.” The three smaller ones were fine but the large central one was out of position. This was an easy fix. Installation was easy and the unit has been performing great. We had to buy a new set of pots/pans as our old stuff was aluminum.
