      If you know you know – It’s a fairly known Chinese brand so we knew it. We weren’t sure about their quality since we’ve never bought anything from them in the US. Anyways, we went to their official website originally, got in contact with their customer services and made sure we could have the installation service sorted out before buying it. Their customer service was actually better than we anticipated and the product as well as the installation was easier than we thought. So far a couple months later, it’s still working beautifully and if you cook a lot and need a better than average range hood, this is a really good investment.
