Buffing pads… – I am very pleased with the machine except for the fact that the blue buffing pads don’t polish the floor…I need to use the white ones and after a few uses they are already wearing and I need a replacement…

So-so power – I bought this for my horrible laminate floor that shows every streak and footprint in it’s shiny surface – I was hopping that it would give my floor the clean look I can only get from getting down on my hands and knees, going over every inch. Sigh – but my hopes were dashed. While very attractive, the unit didn’t to do much but leave swirly circles of grime instead of the streaks I usually get. I tried every attachment (which was very easy to pop on and off). I returned the unit and received a prompt refund.
