Description on listing is wrong, no one answers the phones at the company # for calls or text’s – Final Update– Take this How you want to.. The seller Spreetail !!!FIVE STAR!! AMAZING service They are going to swap out the unit for me after Equator will not work with any service tec in my area or tell them how to work on this unit – they keep telling them they have to work with the seller.. Please note the sell is just that a SELLER ..they do not know anything about how to service the unit as they are the seller. This is like getting mad at someone for sending you a text message via a apple phone and not a droid.

Excellent purchase. Quiet and efficient. – Delivered to my NY apartment last Sat and has already made my life so much easier. No more spending hours at the laundromat. Does the job exactly as it is supposed to do.

Looks better than it works. – I got this thinking it would be perfect for a small home. There was no help with the install. The first time I used it the door opened during the wash cycle, clothes and water everywhere! The dryer is set for vented and doesn’t dry clothes, I have left messages with customer service/tech support and no return calls. Very disappointing product, especially for the amount of money spent!

Arrived not working, but sent parts and technician – I really love idea of this, but unfortunately as many others have said, it arrived not working. It says the door is open but it’s not, so it won’t start a cycle. Customer support does not return voicemails. The times we have been able to get through to them directly, they troubleshooted briefly, then asked us to send them a picture of the receipt for it. We have not heard back from them in the 2 weeks since then and have still not been able to get through to them again. It’s a waste of money and going to be returned before the return window closes next week if we still don’t hear back from them.

Almost didn’t! Glad I did!! – I almost didn’t get this washer dryer unit! I looked at these units for a year. I almost didn’t get this because of all the poor reviews I seen on here. But then I thought I’ve taken a chance on things so many people had bad reviews on. This AWESOME washer dryer combo being one of them! I did see a review that said.. this unit is definitely not for a big family! It’s ment for a couple or one person! That is definitely right! As you can see it’s a small standing unit about the size of a dishwasher. BUT! That’s what I love about it! It has definitely taken a LOT less space then my samsung washer and dryer that filled this whole space up that you see where this lovely washer dry combo sets!!! I LOVE THAT! I was kinda in shock at first! But the more I have used this unit the more I see I made a great choice! Just my husband and I now, the kids are grown have families of there own I don’t need 2 huge space taking units anymore! Now I’m thinking of what to do with this space I gained by down sizing to this AWESOME washer dryer combo!! I have been using this for over 2 months now and I think it’s gotten clothes cleaner! So if you are looking to save on space and down size this is perfect! Has been for me! and my husband really likes it too!
