Ice melts – I’ve looked over the pamphlet and it doesn’t say anything about ice melting. Unsure if full if we need to turn it off, but if it stays on counter less than 24 hours the ice starts to melt. Water used is not warm, room is not warm and it’s plenty away from wall space…. Hoping to use this as the fridge we have doesn’t make ice but would be an annoyance if we had to make it then store it in our freezer and then turn off every day. Side note it does make ice fast

Use filtered water as the taste will only be as good as the water you use. First round of ice on small took about 10 min and then got faster from there.
