Works for Samsung dish washer – Spent much time to figure out we need to replace this for our dish washer. Finally fixed our dish washer with this new replacement.

improved design? smaller in size worked great – I’ve read reviews saying it was the a lot smaller than the original, some reviews say it was an exact replacement. both are correct. this was Much smaller than the original. I went ahead and installed it and this one actually fits in the hole perfectly as I believe the original covered the hole. either way the original failed and looks to be an issue in the Samsung dishwashers. this replacement check valve has worked perfectly for a couple of months now.

Works as Advertised, Quite Overpriced Though. – There were mixed reviews on the non-OEM flapper valves so I went with the one quoted as OEM. The unit I received did not have Samsung labeling but did have cleaner molding lines than some of the aftermarket valves I saw on Amazon and elsewhere. Given the ease of manufacture, these OEM valves should not cost more than 10 or 12 USD with shipping.
