DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! – This manufacture is a joke! after receiving the 1st dishwasher and parts were missing, the 2nd one I received had the same issue. I called customer service and they were no help at all, nobody at this company has any idea of what they are talking about!

Easy install – The size is suitable for the cabinet counter. The control pannel is good. And the internal stainless steel shelf is an plus compares to most of the major brands. The capacity is large enough for family of 4. And the filter is easy to take out for cleaning.

Poor Shipping damaged the product, no faucet adaptor provided – The poor shipping caused a crack on the corner of product plus no adaptor was provided for easy connect to the faucet.

saving my life and money! – Bought this for my 1 bedroom apartment. i hate dishes and iam not good at cleaning it so o use disposable …. I despise dishes.. not to mention “wasting” gallons and gallons of water. I keep seeing people asking if this unit has a HEATING ELEMENT. The manual says “don’t touch the heating element” and also there are descriptions of each cycle and some of them have different Celsius degree temps. A logical person could suggest that it does have some sort of heating element. Not sure why they don’t market this, maybe its an industry standard, not sure. My cheap apartment faucet is so finicky with water temp either it is scalding or ice cold so i just keep it in the middle when i run the washer. This thing works really well as far as i’m concerned
