The hidden panel just has LEDs and buttons like in the 70’s – The controls are hidden so you don’t know what is it doing. There are no indicators or alpha/numeric panel for time. The hidden panel just has LEDs and buttons like in the 70’s. Then, when it finishes it will start beeping until you open the frigging thing and turn it off!! ?? So you can not leave the dishes to wash at night! In summary, the designer has no idea of usability and they saved costs everywhere.

More than satisfied – This has been a great machine for me. Have had ZERO problems. And it does a very good job cleaning. Also VERY quiet! You won’t know it’s running.

Cleans well and it’s quiet. Sanitizes. – I like that this dishwasher has a sanitize feature. It’s very quiet. The dry cycle has never melted my Tupperware or plastic glasses like others have. I had this same brand of dishwasher at my old house for five years, and the only problem we had was a few prongs on the racks broke off, probably our fault for putting knives on the rack. There’s not enough room to put tall utensils in the utensil tray.

Disappointing – I have been very disappointed with this machine. I purchased it through my contractor during a kitchen remodeling project more than a year ago. I selected it based on the glowing reviews I read online. On the pro side, it is a very quiet machine. The reason for my disappointment is: (1) the configuration of the racks is not conducive to loading many dishes, particularly bowls, and (2) the silverware frequently comes out with brown spots that need to be removed by hand, despite the fact that I clean the dishwasher filter on a regular basis.

We were happy with this machine for 1 year until it starts … – We were happy with this machine for 1 year until it starts making noises and vibrates during the wash. Unfortunately, it just passed the 1 year warranty and Bosch’s customer service is not helpful to look for a solution.

Horrible Service – I would never buy another Bosch. Our dishwasher stopped working after a year. The local repair guys could not figure it out. Finally, we got an appointment with Bosch– it took weeks. They guy came but he thought we had a different machine– he didn’t have the parts. So he could do nothing. So we are waiting several more weeks after months without a working dishwasher.

GREAT except you CANNOT TURN OFF THE SOUND easily!!!! (and adjust RINSE AID volume) – The quality of Bosch is great. The dishwasher is quiet and works well as long as you have a drying agent like Finish. That said, I am more than surprised that you CANNOT EASILY turn off the “end of cycle” beeps. It is more than annoying that these cannot be controlled. It is a simple button that is missing.
