Decent Vac – I was expecting a lot from this thing when I ordered it after reading reviews and watching some on you tube. While here at amazon I didn’t feel it got very good reviews I was still hopeful. I am satisfied with this vac and I do have to say it works the best of any similar vac that I’ve tried. With kids and pets in the house, a quick stick vac like this is needed when you don’t have the time or desire to pull out your regular vac. It picks everything up and the battery life is great.

– I purchased this product on July 1st, 2014, and a little over a year later, with very infrequent use, it will no longer hold a charge. But, when it was working, it was great. There are little brushes that get right into the corners, and it picked up everything from dog hair to dust bunnies to crumbs on the kitchen floor. A very nicely designed product when you need a quick, but effective, cleanup.

I ikel it. I hate sweeping!!!! – 10/24/11 2ND UPDATE: Contacted Bissell (not long after purchase) about the side sweepers not rotating and they sent me a return shipping lable to return my sweeper. Within 2 weeks I had a new sweeper on my doorstep. I still like this sweeper, but I can see that the side sweepers are starting not to rotate again. I think Bissell should have these side sweepers work off the battery instead of the push/pull of the wheels. The batterly life is very good. I do make sure that I do let the battery run down completely (which seems to take a long time) before recharging. The sweeper works well even while the battery is running low. Again, if the side brushes functioned properly, I would give this sweeper a 5 star rating.

Makes My Job A Little Easier – I really like this sweeper. I have 3 children,a husband and two dogs so you know that my life is pretty busy. I constantly had to sweep up or vacuum crumbs dropped on the floor or dirt being tracked in from outside. I love my Dyson vacuum but I got tired of hauling it up and down stairs and I got tired of always sweeping with the broom and bend down and use the dust pan to realize there is dirt someone else on the floor and I have to do the same process again! I chose this sweeper because the reviews were pretty good on it. Let me tell you I love it. It is light weight and it picks up anything from cereal, sand, hair, and a couple of times it actually picked up some of my kids toys. The compartment is easy to empty and it is very convenient to pop out my sweeper and press the button on the back and pick up whatever quickly and effortlessly. I use to vacuum everyday but since I have purchased this sweeper I have cut down to 3 times a week. This sweeper picks on hardwood, laminate, and carpet really easy. I use my vacuum to get the imbedded dirt in the carpet. I am spoiled I rarely use my traditional broom and dust pan unless for outside. The only reason why I gave this sweeper 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does not do a great job on corners. It has two circular brushes one on both sides but they do not turn unless you are moving the sweeper back and forth swiftly they do not turn automatically like the brush in the middle when the sweeper is turned on it seems as if they turn only with the motion of the sweeper. I think this should be an improvement that BISSELL can make on their next sweeper. But all in all it has been a great addition to my cleaning closet.
