Reasonable expectations – The wheels are doubles as it rolls smoothly easily no mars on floor. Of fair quality and light duty usage is realistic. Put it under portable propane fireplace to roll out of weather when not in. Would recommend for calculated light usage.

Broke right away – We put it together and it was sturdy. As soon as we put the item on the dolly it broke.

So much better than the other one I bought – The size easily adjusts with the flip of the locks. The other one I bought earlier, had round steel tubes and you had to adjust with a screw. The corner non-slip pads are self-adhesive, The other I had to use my own glue. Came with the tape measure and the screw driver. Plenty of screws too. Really nice and sturdy. No doubt it will hold up over time. If I need another, I definitely buy this one again!
