      Looks Fantastic – Love the way this looks installed–it really becomes a sleek focal point for the room. Installation is easy if you just watch a few YouTube videos and take your time to get it right. The only caution and criticism I would give has to do with the hardware–two of the 16 5×10 screws stripped during installation as they are too short to get a good bite after passing through the mounting bracket. I went to the hardware store and purchased some 5×15’s instead, and they had all the thread I wanted for a secure install. I understand companies have to make a profit, but it can’t cost more than a few cents to put adequate hardware in the box.

      Great looking range hood – Looks great and works well. The carbon filters remove cooking odors. The instructions could have been more clear. The clock display is a little bright for my liking, and the power button to activate the fan button seems unnecessary.

      Sleek and powerful – Easy to install. Instructions could be slightly more clear, however there are plenty of YouTube videos available to assist if needed. Looks great. We mounted ours at the maximum distance for gas ranges so that site lines were not impeded and the fan, even on setting 2 of 3, was powerful enough to get the job done. The highest fan setting is pretty loud, I was not able to have a conversation with my wife who was in the other room. Overall though, very pleased with the product and would recommend it.

      It’s an OK hood. –  I believe the the ‘swiping’ sensor control is a bit misleading. From the control it looks as though you have many incremental adjustments to the fan. When in reality there are only 3 settings for the fan. The first two ‘buttons’ above the swiping sensor are the exact same, and then the other remaining two bump up the fan to medium and high. So the swiping sensor is basically just a gimmick.
