Fire ball! – Love the look, easy install, easy to clean but, continued problems with gas fire ball that blows out to the knobs!! Gas company checked it out it didn’t fire ball, but continues to leak out when in use!! Would love to have access to maker!! Dangerous!!

Initially gave a one star when unit received defective. Replacement works fine – The two right burners work fine. The center burner and two left burners barely light. The left front only sparks every third time which produces a hazardous situation. There is a screw driver with the kit with no information concerning what it is for. The instructions basically tell you nothing.

Middle ring has faulty design – Awesome, except the middle ring does not light. The ignition does not sit below the ring like all the others so I have to light it with a lighter. Not the end of the world but a faulty problem none the less. Look elsewhere if you don’t want to manually light

WTF – Bought this a few months ago. Works good except for one burner. What I think is the thermal couple( The little metal piece next to the igniter) is broken. So that burner will not stay on. look through old paperwork that came with this thing have no clue who to contact about the manufacture warranty. Even in the description of this product there is no manufacturers name you click on warranty information you can’t get that. Has put out a question to Amazon who is the manufacturer and how do I contact them for a warranty. Have yet to hear anything. WTF Amazon why do I not get an answer? Even though I bought the extended warranty they said it is still under manufactures warranty, and they would not give me any other information than that. It’s really aggravating when you have no clue who to contact to get no paperwork on warranty information or anything. It be really nice if someone would at least reach out email or phone call since you have my number and give me the information I need. Yes I am a very pissed off disgruntled customer.

It’s just fine, it is not the greatest meaning the knobs don’t have the precision of a $1500 cooktop but it works fine as is. The ability to clean it is right on no big issue. Lastly asked my electrician and plumber to check it out before instilation, both said it was looking fine and gave it the go ahead. Really like the product.

The biggest burner almost never ignited and if so it comes in a big fire ball with a loud rush. Very dangerous. My wife afraid to use the big burner. I have bought a few for my family and friends.
